A3 - Perforated Plate Pump-to Screen
The NRW Contec perforated plate screen provides extremely reliable and cost-effective screening for municipal and industrial applications, and is the preferred screen for the A3 MBR wastewater treatment plant.
A3 distributes NRW Contec perforated plate headworks screens. These stainless steel "pump-to" screens are cleaned by means of rotating brushes. Screen perforation sizes range from 0.6 to 20 millimeters. Contact screens require little scheduled maintenance and consistency provide years of trouble-free operation.
Optional equipment includes heat tracing, baggers, and screening compaction and conveyance.
Additionally, A3 offers a full line of inclined channel screens under our own brand. This includes screw screens, bar screens, perforated plate screens, step screens and rotary drum screens.
