Youth development
At Villiger, we are happy to support young people with great commitment, because well-trained young people are our future. That is why apprentices have been an important part of our company for years. It is important to us to be an interesting, challenging and supportive training company for young people and to motivate the next generation to achieve the best possible performance.

Villiger trains apprentices in the following professions:

Plant mechanic EBA/EFZ
Plant and apparatus engineer EFZ
Design engineer EFZ
Commercial employee EFZ

Certification
Villiger AG and our partners guarantee high quality, compatibility and a long product life. To achieve this, we place the highest value on product safety, sustainable procurement, continuous improvements and advanced production methods. We are driven by continuous improvement. This is why we regularly have our processes ISO-certified. Our products must also withstand external testing. All our systems are CE-conform and are continuously tested by independent institutions.
