Zenit-Ambiente - Model B12/300 -Absorbent Booms
Absorbent booms B12/300 are handmade. The materials that compose them are carefully selected to ensure the artifact a long stay both freshwater and salt. They are supplied in standard segments 3 m. long. Each segment is assembled to the next by joining the hooks and loops until you reach the desired length.
These booms are designed for rapid deployment operations and temporary dams also current. They also have the property of not return the absorbed oils and ensures the containment of the same, continuing to float, even if complete saturation. They consist of a central core in a particular polypropylene staple oleophilic ZENIT® Pulp conditional inside a tubular in sturdy reinforced net that does not hinder the absorbent action, but at the same time prevents the staple from leaking out. The construction details, the selected materials and the care with which the booms are packaged, make these products among the most reliable in terms of use, efficiency and durability. The above mentioned booms are made with suitable ZENIT® Pulp at the Ministry of Environment, according to the D.D. of 19 March 2009, which attests to the recognition of employment at sea.
