Cactus Flow Products - Model CH22A -Adjustable Choke Assemblies with Hardened Alloy Steel Stems and Seats

Cactus Flow Product's Adjustable Choke assemblies are designed with hardened alloy steel stems and seats for regular or standard service. The units can be upgraded with stainless steel or stainless-steel-tungsten carbide trim for abrasive or sour gas applications upon request. These assemblies support end connections with API Flanges and can handle pressures ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 PSI NSCWP. The setups are also versatile, allowing Positive Choke assemblies to be converted into Adjustable Choke assemblies by substituting the blanking cap assembly and flow bean with an adjustable bonnet assembly and seat. The equipment is available in different sizes from 2 1/16” to 3/16” and can serve either standard or H2S service.

Cactus Flow Product’s Adjustable Choke assemblies are furnished with Hardened alloy steel stems and seats as standard trim for regular or standard service. Stainless steel or stainless steel with tungsten carbide trim sets for abrasive and or Sour Gas Service are available on request. Positive Choke assemblies are furnished less flow bean. Positive choke assemblies may be converted to Adjustable Choke assemblies by replacing the blanking cap assembly and flow bean with the appropriate adjustable bonnet assembly and seat.
