AeroLite - Insulation Jacket
From only 10mm thick the AeroLite jacket range offers significant space and weight savings for the perfectly engineered solution. Our dedicated team went through years of research, development and testing to find the perfect design and construction for the AeroLite.
In 2011 we launched our elite and intelligent AeroLite flexible insulation range. This range offers a weather, oil & chemical resistant protective outer covering with superior thermal performance from only 10mm thickness of insulation infill when compared against a typical 50mm thickness of conventional insulation material.
The AeroLite system has an innovative and intelligent fail safe system built into the design. This assures that in the unlikely event water was to penetrate the underside of the insulation jacket it will draw any moisture away from the pipe or equipment and dispose of through its built in ventilation system.
Since 2016 we have been extensively testing our AeroLite system to show the capabilities of preventing corrosion under insulation. The testing was independently witnessed by DNV-GL with results showing that the system will prevent corrosion even on a bare uncoated pipe. Ask for more information on our testing!

The AeroLite range has been extensively tested to ensure the system will perform to the highest possible standards in order to prevent CUI on pipe work and equipment. The heavy duty oil, weather and chemical resistant outer skin prevent liquid ingress and the super hydrophobic internal barrier extract moisture away from hot equipment ensuring it is kept dry and free from corrosion.
