Adroit - Agitator and Flash Mixer

Application Area:

Features:
1) Pitch blades turbine type impellers are provided in the agitators, as they provide both axial and radial flow and thus mixing can be done in efficient and effective way. Material of construction of impeller blades and shaft is Stainless steel 304 / 316, depending upon customer’s requirement. Impellers can be provided as Flat blades type, Propeller type, Pitch blade type, Hydro foils type etc. depending upon the customer / tender requirement.
2) Agitators designed as per CPHEEO manual/IS7090 std. / EEUA handbook.
3) Blades of Impeller can be bolted as well as welded on hub of impeller depending upon the site condition. This makes installation easier and quick.
4) Hollow / Solid shafts are provided in agitators depending upon client requirements.
5) Heavy duty bearing housing comprising of reputed make bearings (i.e SKF, NTN etc.) are provided to eliminate cause of misalignment of impeller shafts in order to improve efficiency of mixing as well as reduces the maintenance cost. Our bearing housing is capable to withstand both Radial and axial loads produces during operation.
6) To eliminate torsional and bending forces, thus for dynamically balanced system we provide under water guides with LTB-2 bush or lantern supports to supports the shaft of impeller under water, which increases life of the system.
7) Minimum 1.25 mechanical safety factor is provided on gearboxes whereas 1.2 safety factor is provided for Motors. Can be changed depending upon client/tender requirement.
