The HLR 200R is enVerid’s award-winning air cleaning product that uses Sorbent Ventilation Technology® to remove CO2, VOCs, and other contaminants from indoor air so that it can be safely recirculated. This solution reduces first costs for new construction and lowers operating costs for all HVAC systems, lowers a building’s carbon footprint, and improves indoor air quality while also generating LEED® and WELL building credits. Indoor air quality is improved by removing indoor-generated contaminants and reducing the intake of outdoor pollutants. The HLR 200R solution is compliant under ASHRAE 62.1 and IMC 403.2. The HLR 200R module is designed for outdoor use, typically on a rooftop. The HLR 200M module is designed for indoor installations.
enVerid - Model HLR 200R -Air Cleaning Module
The HLR 200R Air Cleaning Module is an innovative solution developed by enVerid to enhance indoor air quality while reducing HVAC operating costs and carbon emissions. The unit employs Sorbent Ventilation Technology® to effectively capture and eliminate carbon dioxide, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and other pollutants from the air, allowing for safe recirculation. The module's design supports compliance with ASHRAE 62.1 and IMC 403.2 standards, integrating easily with various airside systems, including those with dedicated outside air systems (DOAS) and energy recovery ventilation (ERV) components. Installed typically on rooftops, the HLR 200R is equipped with automatic self-cleaning capabilities, utilizing internal heaters to regenerate sorbents and expel contaminants. This setup can significantly reduce the need for outdoor air intake, achieving up to 85% reduction and enabling downsizing of HVAC systems. Validated by ASHRAE 145.2 testing and field assessments, the HLR 200R also boasts widespread adoption, with over 1,000 units implemented globally.
