Synergys LEAKSHOOTER - Model LKS1000-V.2+ IR -Air Leak Detector
Film, visualize and take a photo of the exact location of the leak to integrate it into your report. LEAKSHOOTER LKS1000V2+IR will make it easier and faster to go further in preventive maintenance. With LEAKSHOOTER® V2+ IR you will quickly visualize the precise location of the vapor or vacuum air leak.
The new LEAKSHOOTER® V2+IR is equipped with an embedded high resolution 160 x 120 px thermal camera. Thanks to this camera you will be able to complete your report with a thermal image of the controlled installations.
The onboard camera of the LEAKSHOOTER® V2+ IR has

With the LEAKSHOOTER® V2+ IR you can find different types of leaks in your plant, pressurized gas, vacuum, steam at a distance of up to 20 meters. Just like the other versions of LEAKSHOOTER®, the LKS1000 V2+ IR is used as a standard camera with which you can film and scan your installations, when the sensor detects a leak, a dynamic target will appear on the 5.7″ screen of the device and the bargraph cursor at the bottom of the screen will move into the red area. To be more precise in your research and find small hidden leaks, you can connect various accessories to your detector such as the 400 mm flexible rod, you can also adjust the gain to filter out ambient noise.
We have also added a K function to the software, which will allow you to evaluate the severity of leaks, from very small to very large with a color code ranging from yellow to dark red.
In this new version of the LEAKSHOOTER® we have added a 160 x 120 px thermal camera. This version was developed to satisfy the request of our technical customers who were tempted by the LKS1000 V3+ version only for its onboard thermal camera, 80 x 60 px, without having any real need for the control of steam traps.
Today, the maintenance operator will be able to complete his search round for compressed air leaks with a thermal control of the mechanical and electrical installations, with the same device.
All the photos of the leaks as well as the thermal images of the installations can be downloaded to a PC via the USB cable of the standard kit.
