Qianli - Model QLN -Air Screen Cleaning Machine
QLN air-screen cleaner mainly relies on vertical air screen and vibrating screen to achieve the sorting function. The machines sift based on aerodynamics and the surface speed difference of seed and impurities, adjusting the speed of the air current to achieve separation. As impurities are light, they are sucked into the cyclone duster, while seed is better and is transferred into a vibrating screen.
The vibrating screen can discharge the large size impurities, small size impurities and selected seeds separately (also can provide four-layer, multi-layer screen box series products, cleaning and grading can be completed at once). Vibrating screen sorting principle is in accordance with the geometric size of the seed. If the types and varieties of seeds are different, choosing to replace the sieves with different aperture specifications can meet the requirements of sorting and grading.
