Removal of kitchen odours. A smart ozonation system for odour elimination, fat oxidation, prevention of fire, and ventilation system maintenance designed for commercial kitchens’ exhaust ventilation. The produced ozone is supplied to the existing ventilation system via Teflon tubes installed at the entry points of the extraction ducts – as close as possible to the pollution source. Being a strong oxidizer, ozone reacts with grease and prevents its accumulation on duct walls and other components of the ventilation system.
