AIS - Building Management System (BMS)
From Energy Management
An AIS Building Management System (BMS) is a custom built control system designed to monitor and control all aspects of a building. The BMS system can monitor heating, ventilation & cooling (HVAC), as well as lighting. All our Building Management Systems are designed to provide real time monitoring & control in order to avoid unnecessary usage of energy.
Microcomputer controllers receive signals from field devices and according to their programmed operating parameters, take action to control plant equipment.
By means of our Supervisors or Human/Machine interface, you can monitor or control your plant from the comfort of your office or even from your home or overseas over the internet. Our software also provides a wide range of energy analysis, plant alarms, reporting and maintenance functions.
The Trend Open Network Node (TONN) is a Trend network device that enables the Trend system to interface with 3rd party systems such as BACnet, LONWORKS, Mbus, MODBUS, SNMP, and KNX. It utilises the NiagaraAX Framework for the integration of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and non-HVAC systems (e.g. lighting) in a building.
Field devices send or receive data directly to controllers for either local or remote control & monitoring. We have a comprehensive range of sensors and field devices to suit your particular application many of which are also available from stock.
