• During this process, the individual parts to be handled are brought from the bulk to an almost exposed position on a belt conveyor via several conveyor stages, recorded by a camera and evaluated by the gripping robot with regard to position and component type.
• Using the available position and type evaluation, the part is grasped in the running conveyor movement and subsequently transferred as defined to a multi-gripper system for delivery to the next production process.
• In this application, cycle times of 2.5 seconds were achieved.
• Individual assembly elements are removed from the supply area in the production cycle by specially developed press tools and positioned and pressed on the assembly carrier.
