LCEQ - All-in-One Dehumidifying Dryer for Plastic Processing
The All-in-One dehumidifying dryer from LCEQ Plastic Technology integrates drying, dehumidifying, and two-stage conveying into a single unit, specifically designed for applications requiring the drying of high hygroscopic engineering plastics. The system employs a honeycomb rotor to achieve a consistent dry and cool condition, reaching dew points as low as -40°C. The drying process is complemented by a high-efficiency P.I.D. programmable temperature control system, ensuring a safe operation with features such as overheat and overload protection. Key components are crafted from stainless steel to prevent material contamination, and dual condensers assist in maintaining low dew points. Additionally, molecular sieve honeycomb rotors produce dry air, while integrated filters within the system guarantee the cleanliness of the air produced. The design also caters to continuous material feeding into the vacuum hopper receiver, enhancing operational efficiency during the plastic molding process.All-in-One dehumidifying dryer combines drying, dehumidifying, and two-stage conveying into one unit. The return air from hopper dryer will cool down under the work of condensers.
Then it blows to honeycomb rotor. At the same time, the regenerated air blows to honeycomb rotor.
Because of the honeycomb rotor process for dry and cool condition, dew point can reach -40 centigrade.
Except for the dehumidifying process, the conveying system is working regularly.
That is to say, the plastic raw material in tank keep feeding into vacuum hopper receiver on drying hopper.
After the raw material dried for certain time, it will be conveyed to photoelectric sensor hopper receiver on molding machine automatically.
