Alphajet - Model 24/24X -Sandblasting Machine

The sandblaster is supplied complete with:

• manual tank closure for working at low pressures (from 0.1 bar)
• handhole for easy tank inspection
• safety valve with certificate
• sieve screen
• solid rubber wheels for easy movement
• abrasive adjustment valve, with pneumatic opening/closing system Mod.PRV5, to obtain a very fine and precise adjustment of the amount of inert (lever valve for the Alphajet 24X model)
• vibration system for the use of any inert material, even very fine ones (only for the Alphajet 24 model)
• pressure regulator system to increase or decrease working pressure according to the harder or softer surface to be treated
• moisture trap filter mod. Q03 new capable of treating 2000 lt/min. of compressed air, complete with filter element and fittings (only for the Alphajet 24 model)
• sandblasting cycle start and stop control consisting of an aluminium handle valve equipped with a safety locking system (blasting gun for the "HANDGUN" version) and pneumatic circuit with double
• sheathed hose to prevent any accidental starts
• 10 m of sheathed hose for remote control complete with fittings
• exhaust silencer
• EC declaration of conformity and instruction manual for use and maintenance drawn up in accordance with current regulations
