The AirPod Industrial Air Cleaner is a cost-effective, user-friendly industrial air filtration system for fine, airborne dust. The free-standing modular air cleaner offers a choice of panel filters, depending on the specific needs of the application. The AirPod provides ambient air filtration for processes such as grinding, sanding, surface finishing, woodworking, metal fabrication, and chemical / powder processing, warehousing, and training labs at vocational schools.

The way these systems work is they draw in airborne dusts & gases that settle at floor level. Particles are drawn into the four-sided air intake, where they are then filtered and discharged vertically above the work area. By drawing in the air near the floor, Cooled air is discharged into the warmer air near the ceiling creating an effective dilutionary & energy savings air pattern

All AirPods feature washable pre-filters, a primary box filter, and optional HEPA after-filters combine to provide 99.97% filtration efficiency at noise levels as low as 66 dBa. These are portable units, rather than being fixed in place with a mounting solution.

2500 cfm portable ambient air cleaner with no filters , silencer with airfoil upward directional vanes, 3/4 HP 115/1/60Hz (11.4 amps), 65 dBA (Low) 66 dBA (High) TEAO dual speed motor, 7` power cord, on/off toggle switch on top of unit. Unit comes w/o filters.

• Unit does not include filters, see options.
• The chosen filters will be installed on the unit at the time of shipment and the unit is wrapped in plastic. Except the AD filters for Airpod III will be shipped in a separate box.

AirPod-II-STD

2500 cfm portable ambient air cleaner, silencer with airfoil upward directional vanes, 3/4 HP 115/1/60Hz (11.4 amps), 64 dBA (Low) 68 dBA (High) TEAO dual speed motor, taller filter housing to accomidate 8 filters ( not included ), 7` power cord, on/off toggle switch on top of unit. Order filters separatelly. (8 sets of filters required)

5500 cfm ambient air cleaner with no filters , 3HP 208-230/3/60Hz 77 dBA,TEFC direct drive BI blower assembly, built in Silencer with acoustical lining. comes with Poly pre-filter w/spring loaded Frame (24X24X2) with refillable oduls. (24x24x3) and poly after-filter w/plastic frame (24x24x1) holds 25 lbs charcoal . Rated 450 cfm.

5000 cfm floor mounted ambient air cleaner with no filters, built in Silencer with acoustical lining, 3HP 208-230/575/3/60Hz (7.8-7.2/4.0 amps) 77 dBA, TEFC direct drive BI blower assembly. Unit comes w/o filters.
