Amill - Model AGM Series -Seed Gravity Separator
Amill Gravity machine; is a machine which classifies according to specific weight of products. It is used for separating light and heavy materials from the products inside of cereals and pulses. It separates hollow particles, which are the same size as the product to be cleaned, fully undeveloped crumpled particles and foreign faded substances at different densities from inside of the product and increases quality and purity of the product. As a system, we have 2 different models working as open and closed circuit.
The product is transferred to the hopper with the feeding elevator. With the vibro feeder system under the bunker, the product is given to the vibrational table at fixed flow rate.
Decomposition process; Decomposition process is carried out by tilting the adjustable vibrating table, by lifting from the front and through the air flow generated by the aspirators, the flow rate of which can be adjusted, under the table.
The eccentric vibration on the table and the air circulation generated by the aspirators enable separation of grains from each other according to their density.
Decomposition process is carried out by directing the products separated according to their density to different output points with routing guides
