Anadolu - Pitless Type Weighbridge
ANADOLU weighbridges have high durability and strong steel construction. Not produced from bended plate like other vehicle bascules. Complete body of the bascule consists of hot bound of IPE, NPI ve NPU profiles. ST37 A1 platform plate is used as a component of this durable bridge. Moduler structure provides an easy assembly and disassembly opportunities. Ensures highly sensitive measurement by virtue of 8 / 10 pieces load cell. Even in scales chamber, stainless steel body protection indicator is a proof of durability of ANADOLU. Custom-made ANADOLU vehicle bascules serve your wishes for long years.
KABBAN weighbridges, possible to pitless installation, that modular design is manufatured as completely flat steel. It is placed on the foundation prepared on the ground. The carrying beams are on two outer sides of scale of the platform which also accomplishes the barrier function.
Steel Platform design is manufactured by IPE profiles to obtain high strength for heavy conditions. Platform is painted with 1 layer of primer and 2 layer of synthetic paint.
Because of modular form, standard modules, easy and fast setup possibility, it may be manufactured different sizes till 24m and different capacities. Modular dimensions and structures make easy to loading trucks and container.
LOAD CELLBR016 is a high performance fully welded compression type load cell. It perfect fits for use in high capacity weighing systems such as truck scales, axle scales, heavy capacity floor scales, tank scales, ship weighing and other heavy capacity industrial applications. BR016 is supplied with Rockwell 44 hardened upper and lower receivers as standard.
