Single, uninterrupted process

One or more tractors with trailers collect slurry from the plant and transport it to the field, where it is distributed. This process is suitable for short field distances, small spreaders or if only a small amount of slurry needs to be distributed.

Interrupted process

The required properties are selected according to the task in question. There are transport vehicles for road transport (without spreader) and vehicles for spreading in the field. This process is suitable for long field distances, access via roads or towns with heavy traffic, if a large/heavy spreader needs to be used or if a large amount of slurry needs to be distributed.

1. GRP tank – a better concept

The depressurised GRP tanks are characterised by their lightweight, stable and corrosion-resistant construction and impressive elasticity. The containers are manufactured using a special winding process and are TÜV-certified. All containers are equipped with two or three baffles depending on their capacity in accordance with EU standards. Securely attached by means of tension rods and tensioning straps, the container is supported without distortion on the crossbars of the vehicle frame.

2. Powerful rotary piston pumps

The robust and powerful rotary piston pumps are self-priming and space-saving. They are quick service pumps, i.e. virtually all functions can be performed without having to uninstall the pump. The rotary piston pumps generate a high application pressure and can achieve suction depths of up to 5.0 m in slurry pits.

The stone catcher box is a safety device that is fitted as standard to prevent the pump from sucking in large foreign objects. The RotaCut in the stone catcher box (optional) provides added protection for the rotary piston pump during the filling process. It breaks up all foreign objects in the cutting screen and can even break up hard foreign objects by switching the direction of rotation.

3. Operation and control via the ISOBUS system

The ISOBUS system is used to control all hydraulic and electronic components via a standardised interface using a job computer. Thanks to the ISOBUS system, only one pressure line, one depressurised return line and the BUS cable between the tractor and the trailer is required.
