AOMS - Model MTS -Multi-Point Fiber Optic Temperature Sensor
The AOMS Multi-point Fiber Optic Temperature Sensor MTS cable is a flexible temperature measurement solution with over 150 sensing points distributed along the cable. As well, MTS cables are designed to operate in harsh environments containing high vibration, extreme heat, and/or corrosive or explosive elements. These fiber cables are also used in confined, restricted areas, with the cable being bent to fit precisely where needed. For industrial sensing applications requiring a small form factor, high density sensing, immunity to electro-magnetic interference (EMI), and resistance to chemicals, AOMS MTS is the answer for your temperature monitoring needs.
These durable and highly sensitive sensors identify temperature deviations as they occur within your monitoring environment. With very low signal degradation over long distances, they enable accurate diagnostics for real-time interpretation and analysis.
The AOMS multi-point fiber optic temperature sensor solution delivers actionable information to your monitoring application, letting you proactively manage process adjustments or equipment maintenance, thereby increasing productivity and safety at lower financial cost.
A wide range of selections is available for the cable material, dimensions, and distribution of the sensor points along the cable. For long distance measurements, the sensor pigtail can be extended using AOMS Fiber Optic Extension Cables.
