How to Dewater Lime Sludge

Under the action of gravity, water is filtered out from the gap of the moving fixed ring to achieve rapid concentration.
- Dehydration stage. The concentrated lime sludge continues to be pushed to the sludge outlet with the rotation of the screw shaft. As the pitch of the spiral shaft gradually becomes smaller, the gap between the rings also becomes smaller and smaller. This causes the water in the sludge to be squeezed out. Under the action of the back pressure plate at the outlet, the internal pressure gradually increases. The water in the sludge is further squeezed out to achieve continuous dehydration.
- Self-cleaning stage. The rotation of the spiral shaft drives the swimming ring to rotate continuously. The movement between the fixed ring and the moving ring enables a continuous self-cleaning process. This design cleverly avoids the common clogging problem of traditional dehydrators.
