The OMEGA press consists of a stainless structural frame, sludge inlet and distribution assembly, long gravity thickening zone, adjustable medium pressure section, high pressure "S" shape zone, variable speed drive, continuous belt washwater section, automatic belt tracking and automatic belt tensioning systems, filtrate collection pans, internal wiring and piping, electric control panel (optional).
