Aquen FlocStirr - Inline Polymer Mixer
The quality of the dewatering performance depends to a large extent on the floc quality. This is influenced by various factors: among others, by the type of sludge, the quantity, the type of mixing in and the quality of the flocculant.
With the use of FlocStirr mixers, users can be sure to have the mixing process „under control“. We have concentrated our many years of process engineering experience and improvements achieved in these inline mixers. The special feature: The liquid additive (especially polymer) is introduced into the medium with pressure and rotation via the perforated and rotating injector shaft. In this way, both the quantity/unit of time or kg/TS fed and the mixing can be flexibly adjusted. Thanks to the speed-controlled drive, it is also possible to introduce the optimum mixing energy for each process.
Wide range of products
FlocStirr mixers are available for flow rates from 2m³/h up to 600m³/h, as required with separate control box for wall mounting, for control cabinet installation, or with frequency converter integrated in the motor (special design).
Efficient blending of polymers
With FlocStirr, polymer consumption can be reduced by up to 30 percent and the degree of mixing significantly improved.
