After post treatment with 18.2 M, cm water can provide very high cleanliness level filters, ideally suited for corrosive chemicals and gases filtration in the semiconductor industry. From raw materials purchase, transport to production and storage all operations follow ISO 9001 quality management system. The filter are manufactured, tested and packaged in a cleanroom to ensure products cleanliness. The filters are 100% intergrity tested prior to shipment, and provide the higher level of cleanliness filters for high cleanliness environment filtration.
