As a heat exchange media / Packing elements ,Mullite Block are superior in better thermal shock resistance , good crack -resistance ,higher AL content and lower coefficient of heat expansion comparing with alumina and dense alumina material, which has been widely used in thermal treatment of RTO equipments among industrial fields. Mullite ceramic material blocks shaped with straight through, square channels are preferred to be used in aggressive media due to the high chemical resistance and thermal stability. it can achieve considerably higher thermal efficiencies than a shell and tube or plate style.1.
