Our ZV®-FIXOMAT Filling Nozzle is designed for manual use, while our AZV® Filling Nozzle can be automatically controlled. Both devices provide safe operation for the user and for the environment, and are very easy to operate with just one hand.
AZV Filling Nozzles can be operated with one hand and kept open continuously by operation of the hand lever. Reliable latching of the lever allows the filling nozzle to enter into automatic mode. Once the desired level has been reached, the filling process is automatically interrupted, the nozzle closes and the lever slides back to its original position. ZV®-FIXOMAT Filling Nozzles are manually controlled and are suitable for many different applications. They can also be operated with just one hand. The ZV®-FIXOMAT has an additional dead man’s device for increased safety: As soon as the operator releases the filling nozzle handle, the valve closes and filling stops quickly and safely. ARTA Filling Nozzles are characterized by the secure closure of the nozzle even with increased operating pressure. If the operating pressure is too high, neither the AZV® nor the ZV®-FIXOMAT remain open. Likewise, when the operating pressure is too high in the closed state, the valves will not open unintentionally.
Safe and reliable closure
If there are fluctuations in the operating pressure and the pressure increases unintentionally, the intelligent design of ARTA Filling Nozzles makes certain that the nozzles go through the closing procedure without problems. The nozzles secure the media in the line, ensuring the safety of both the environment and the user.
AZV® automatic closing process
Once the desired level is reached, the AZV Filler Nozzle registers the change in flow pressure and stops automatically.

ARTA Filler Nozzles reduce foaming to a minimum, enabling maximum fill levels to be achieved.

No release of harmful gases
