Atmosphere Furnace

Atmosphere Furnaces by Bionics Scientific are designed and manufactured to accommodate wide processing areas where inert atmosphere is required to protect heating samples that are prone to oxidation. Typical applications, where these units are employed are bonding, curing and heat treating. Often called controlled atmosphere furnace, these units are ruggedly constructed, feature double shell chamber with provision of fan cooling. Each unit contains digital PID controller, which ensures higher level of temperature accuracy while experiencing comfortable working all the time. Long service life heating elements deliver wonderful heating experience even at constant high temperatures.
