ATP Substrate 100 (tests) is used with 61-101 Luciferin Substrate 100 (tests) and is intended for in vitro studies of fire fly luciferase. The reagent contains ATP and Luciferase activators to obtain a stable light (less than 2% decay per minute).
- Delivery form: Lyophilised reagent in a glass vial, sealed under argon
- Reconstitution: In 12 mL Tris-EDTA buffer.
- Number of assays: Up to 120 analyses in a 96 well microplate format. Remember to allow a certain volume for priming.
- Storage: At -18 °C or lower.
- Shelf life: 2 years from date of delivery at -18 °C. Reconstituted reagent should be used within a week.
