BioThema - ATP Substrate 200

ATP Substrate 200 (tests) is used with 61-201 Luciferin Substrate 200 (tests) and is intended for in vitro studies of fire fly luciferase. The reagent contains ATP and Luciferase activators to obtain a stable light (less than 2% decay per minute).

• Delivery form: Lyophilised reagent in a glass vial, sealed under argon
• Reconstitution: In 20 mL Tris-EDTA buffer.
• Number of assays: Up to 200 analyses in a 96 well microplate format. Remember to allow a certain volume for priming.
• Storage: At -18 °C or lower.
• Shelf life: 2 years from date of delivery at -18 °C. Reconstituted reagent should be used within a week.
