1. Equipment introduction:

1.1 This machine is mainly used for precise and quantitative liquid injection of Prismatic power battery, with high liquid injection efficiency, simple operation and good stability. It is an important equipment for advanced liquid injection process in the production of prismatic power battery.
1.2 Working principle: The machine construction is with battery fixture, Liquid injection mechanism, operating system, mechanical transmission and other components.

It adopts the absorption mode of vacuumizing first and then injecting liquid, manual loading and unloading, single person operation. 

2. Workflow:

Vacuum/N2/Standing(vacuum, pressure maintaining time, standing time, and cycle times all can be set)

Manual loading→ fixture auto fix cell → auto vacuum and filling → N2/standing cycle →manual unloading→ Finish
