Schleuniger MegaStrip - Model 9680 -Automatic Cut & Strip Machine
The MegaStrip 9680 cuts and strips wire, multiconductor, and shielded cables up to 35 mm (1.38") with cross sections up to 120 mm² (4/0 AWG) or optionally 300 mm² (MCM 600). The MegaStrip 9680 processes wires with cross sections from 1.5 – 120 mm² (16 – 4/0 AWG) or optionally 240 – 300 mm² (MCM 500 – 600) in a multistep stripping process. It handles shielded cables and complex multi-conductor applications in one automated operation. For quick changeover, it comes equipped with the SmartBlade system.The MegaStrip 9680 consists of two modular machine designs offering an large processing range for larger diameter cables.
The "M" version features a freely programmable multiblade cutter head, while the "MR" version includes an additional rotary incision unit for precise shield cutting.Both models are compatible with the CAYMAN cable processing software and the CAO planning software (Manufacturing Execution System), enabling integration into various networks.
