STM - Model TriDOMIX 50-100 -Automatic Dosers-Mixer
The TriDOMIX series represents the most accessible solution to the automatic mixing. This series is particularly suitable for industrial bakeries that work with large quantities of water and wish to automate the dosing and mixing process. With 3 inlets as standard, an automatic mixing system, the communication options for the remote management and a solid stainless steel structure, the TriDOMIX series is the perfect mix of performance and convenience.
EASY TO USE
Complete user interface with alphanumeric keypad and some special keys (Snow button to dispense only the coldest water, P key to set and recall the recipes, a key for the Display light) Some functions leds showing valve status and power presence and a LCD Display guide through the processes. A high precision external probe allows to measure the temperature of the flour, of the dough or of the environment
AUTOMATIC MIXING SYSTEM
A complex algorithm, once the incoming water temperatures are detected, calculates the amount of water needed by each inlet, to reach the desired temperature, via sequential discharges. The use of the by-pass is necessary only to verify the reachability of the required temperature before proceeding with the delivery into the mixer.
GOOD PRECISION
Max tolerances of ±1% in dosing and ±1,5°C in mixing
99 RECIPES IN MEMORY
To program simple and double discharges, set also as % of the flour weight. There are also some special recipes, that is, without quantity or temperature control, to be able to work even in critical conditions
