Gesu - Automatic Drum Screens
The external flow drum sieve ensures the separation of solid materials (AKM) in the wastewater thanks to the drum placed in the main body. The main body can be manufactured from AISI 304-316 or epoxy painted carbon steel. Drum sieve, which is produced for the purpose of screening solids between 0.25-3 mm according to the sieve gap, is intensely preferred in domestic and industrial wastewater treatment plants.
The drum has a specially designed triangular cross-section and is produced from AISI 304-316 wire material with special processes. Being triangular cross-section and slotted type, it keeps the solid wastes to a large extent, reducing the pollution level of the waste water and allowing it to work with high efficiency in terms of water passage.
