This paper baler was constituted by 60HP(45KW) motor, 225mm ram,80 tons press force, and the capacity is 8~10 tons per hour, the operation and monitoring function are controlled through a programmable logic controller(PLC).
There are many kinds of waste materials can be fed including carton boxes, corrugated papers, magazines, cardboards....etc.

To make the baling process more efficiency, it can equip with the automatic ruffler which can separate the pile of newspapers or magazines into the tight bale.

TB-091160 Horizontal scrap baler can be customized with different demands, the position of operation panel and sharp of hopper can be modified to satisfy the real demand of customers and can make the bale size to be 1050mm width * 750mm height* (Variable Length) according to customer`s requirement.
