ROTEC - Automatic Hydraulic Baler Machine for Recycling and Industrial Application

The Automatic Hydraulic Baler Machine operates based on the principle of generating enormous compressive force using hydraulic pressure. Designed following Pascal's Law, when pressure is applied to a confined liquid, it remains constant throughout the system. This machine is equipped with two distinct hydraulic cylinders connected by piping, each cylinder containing a perfectly fitting piston. One piston acts as a pump with modest mechanical force, while the larger piston exerts high force over a larger area. The machine's pressing table, located between the upper and lower platen, receives feedstock which is compressed by the main hydraulic cylinder to the desired size. Post-compression, a sliding mechanism ejects the compacted material, preparing it for the next batch. Key features include a hydraulic power unit tailored to specific materials and bale sizes with a system of safety, non-return, and flow control valves sourced from G7 countries. The hydraulic cylinders, made from alloy steel for wear resistance and high hardness, ensure no oil leakage and withstand high temperatures. The main frame and movable platen, made from SS400 steel, ensure robust construction with slots to thread baling wire, facilitating tight and uniform bales. An automatic baling system ties the bales, optimizing large-scale operations. A sturdy feed door, also made from SS400 steel, provides a clear view for operators to ensure uniform material spread for efficient compression. The control cabinet features imported electronic components with multiple safety levels, ensuring consistent operation, motor protection, and automatic reverse to prevent jamming and overloading. This machine is well-suited for high-volume recycling operations in materials like textiles, paper, and waste, reducing labor and production costs.
