OLYMSPAN - Automatic open-door autoclave
Automatic discharge device: In the traditional autoclave industry, manual blowdown and float drain are used to drain water. Because there is steam in the blowdown and it is at the bottom of the autoclave, the working environment is poor, and the labor intensity of workers is high, workers often do not go to drain water, which causes a lot of water in the kettle, resulting in waste of steam, products are not easy to steam, and the kettle body deformation. The principle is to use two liquid level electrodes to control the opening and closing of the electric valve for automatic drainage, to ensure that there is no water in the kettle, reduce the labor intensity of workers, ensure the quality of products, reduce the deformation of the kettle body, and achieve energy saving effect.
Two, pneumatic open the door
At present, the autoclave in China adopts the form of manual door opening, because all rely on workers to pull by hand, on the one hand, there is the danger of steam scalding workers when opening the door. On the other hand, when workers open and close the door, the kettle cover will impact the kettle body, causing the swinging parts to shift, and the kettle door will be difficult to open, increasing the labor intensity of workers.
The pneumatic door is opened, and the worker only needs to gently push and pull the handle to switch the kettle door through the cylinder. At the same time, the cylinder is equipped with a buffer to reduce the impact between the kettle cover and the kettle body when switching. When the worker switches the kettle door, it is not necessary to face the kettle door to avoid steam burns. (as shown below)
