The Model 3666 Automatic Pressure Calibration (APC) System is a versatile portable laboratory designed to generate and control calibration pressures up to 10,000 psig, with an accuracy of ±0.1% of the indicated value from 5 to 10,000 psig. It supports fast and efficient calibration for various pressure-sensing devices including gauges, switches, transmitters, and transducers. Available in multiple configurations, it features a combination of control units and pressure intensifiers housed in rugged, compact aluminum cases for easy transportation. The system utilizes dry nitrogen or inert gas as the medium and operates in a temperature range of +10° to + 40° C. Control specifications include a resolution of up to 0.001 psig below 100 psig and various unit measurement displays such as psig, inches of mercury, kilopascals, and more. It features a built-in thermal printer for data logging and supports automation via IEEE-488/GPIB interface. Components include a handheld remote control module, high-pressure hoses, quick-disconnect fittings, and accessories for proper operation and maintenance, designed to meet the requirements for field or laboratory applications.
