Joy - Model JMEA -Automatic Pressure Test Pump
JMEA Automatic electric test pump is our patented product in the year of 1990. It has 4 working cylinders with 2 high pressure cylinders with low flow rate, and 2 low pressure cylinders with high flow rate. All the four cylinders are working at the beginning and the 2 low pressure cylinders with high flow rate stop working when the pressure is higher than 16bar which assure the pressure of hydro testing to be safe and steady. Considering the safety of the operator, we had installed safety valve and pressure controller. We could supply you with remote when the pressure is higher than 40Mpa. You could start and stop the electric test pump at the distance within 100m from the pump.

According to customers` requirements of printing pressure testing curve during the testing process,we had designed and produced this recorder test pump which had digital controller, recorder, (paper or paperless) sensor, remote and other control parts. During the test, it can display the pressure value in real time and could record and print the whole pressure curve as your request. You just need to set the pressure value before testing and control the test pump by remote from certain distance away. And when the pressure goes to the set value, the test pump will stop automatically. When there is leakage, the pump will start work automatically to boost pressure to your set value.
