AirCube - Model HE Iso -Automatic Real Time Isokinetic Sampler with touch screen interface
An important element in the control of the industrial process and the related impact that these companies produce on the environment is the control of emissions into the atmosphere to evaluate the quantity of pollutants released into the air during the various production cycles. To this end, AMS Analitica produces a complete line of sampling instrumentation and a range of accessories, capable of complying with the requirements of the various regulations currently in force. AMS Analitica offers various options suitable for all sampling methods. From the simplest line composed of a manually controlled sampler up to the most complete line with automatic sampler, capable of managing all the sampling phases in real time, directly dependent on the emission conditions.
HE ISO sampler with “Touch Screen” interface
It is the new model of real time isokinetic sampler that integrates in a single instrument everything necessary for a correct and complete evaluation of pollutants from industrial emissions. The interface with a large graphic color touch screen display allows the user to keep in the foreground all the parameters necessary for the correct execution of the sampling, controlling the sampling conditions as well as those of the duct. The user can simply set the basic data such as stack size and gas density, generate a library of programs for different sampling applications, store in the memory the type of pitot tube and the related constants, check the operating status of the probe and the filter holder box , check the turbulences at individual points using an automatic transducer or simply enter the data manually. All this in a single compact and easily transportable instrument. The AirCube HE Iso Touch sampler is supplied as standard with a 6 m3 rotary pump.
Sampling system compliant with the requirements found in official references such as EN-13284, EN-16911, EN-1948, EN-23210, US EPA M5, US EPA M17, US EPA M1 and M2, US EPA M4 and US EPA M201A.

Integration for sampling with derived flow
This application is mainly requested within the European Community and concerns the situation of having to also use a bubbling system when the sample adsorbed on the filter is not sufficient to provide a global evaluation of the pollutants. If impingers are used, the flow rate through them must be between 0.5 and 3 l/min. This option in some cases (low speeds of the gaseous effluent) can be decisive, especially if associated with the need inside the UNI EN 13284-1:2017 to use nozzles with a diameter of no less than 8 mm. In these cases it may be convenient (or necessary) to proceed with derived flow sampling, keeping in mind that the ratio between main flow and derived flow must remain constant within ±10%. AMS Analitica offers the AirCube COM2-Touch sampler with an intelligent interface dedicated to the AirCube HE-Iso isokinetic sampler. The two samplers communicate in Bluetooth and WiFi mode, leaving control of the sampling procedure to the main sampler (HE-Iso).
