Our smartweave™ screen technology ensures minimal sediment intake to any downstream secondary use.
Filtersafe’s® smartweave™ multi-layered sintered screen is a unique and exclusive weave-wire mesh specifically designed for challenging water conditions. Whether seawater, brackish water, turbid river water, or industrial waste water, the smartweave screen filters out the undesirable elements. Multi layered sintered structure smartweave™ is comprised of four stainless steel weave-wire screen layers. The unique composition of weaves are sintered together to create a strong, durable, reinforced filtering element requiring no additional support.
nozzlex
Self cleaning cycle for maximum filter efficiency, improved flow rate, and shorter filtering process.
nozzlex® scans the entire smartweave™ screen removing all matter, disposing of the reject water through the flushing chamber. The patented nozzles remove 100% of matter that builds upon the screen, which increases the filter’s flow rate and gives you more filtered water for whatever you need – perhaps filling up your ballast tanks quickly, or pretreatment filtration for desalination. The most innovative aspect of the nozzlex technology is that it has absolutely ZERO wear on the screen, due to the firm but minimal force the nozzle is calculated to have with the screen. This extends the lifespan of the nozzles, the screen, and your filter system as a whole.
