Fluidel - Automatic Water Filters

Filters are composed with :

Body : manufactured in materials resistant  to water corrosion as PVC, fiber glass or  for some application, cast iron. In any case
filters in S.S. and carbon steel (with a  protective internal coat) are built.

Filter element : standard filter element is composed with an inox basket. For an high filtration will be used «wedge wire» type.
On request we can manufacture baskets in monel, titanium, etc. Standard filtration  degree from 200 up to 4000 microns.

Automatic clean system : filter elements cleaning will be obtained with scrapers or brushes to remove particles from filtering surface and with a counterwashing (improveable with nozzles). System cleaning will have a pneumatic, hydraulic or electric movement.

Filters are studied to work without interruptions and maintenance.

Functionning : at the beginning the water will be filtered passing through the basket from the inside to outside. When the filter element is clogged and the pressure drops are more than fixed, a differencial pressure switch signals to the control panel in order to proceed with cleaning.

Water flowrate : from 80 up 10.000 m3/h, with connections of 2" up to 48"
