Semi-automatic applications or manual decking use the appropriate ergonomic lift-assist system to complete the job.
JR Automation can provide custom glass bonding systems for automotive OEMs, Tier 1 automotive manufacturers, and sunroof suppliers. These applications include inductive, heating, and gluing procedures to attach brackets or other critical parts to glass. Robotic arms and other systems can apply primers or activators to the glass before applying urethane if being bonded to a substrate, or they can apply primers to the substrate before bonding to the glass. Automated systems use these materials accurately, ensuring product quality.
