APPLICATION CONDITION

Pre-treatment: phosphating treatment, inscription processing; coating: polyester powder coating is suitable for the following equipment coating: corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying.Curing conditions:200·C@ 10 minutes,1800C @ 15 minutes, can also be designed according to customer needs.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Dry and ventilated indoor storage below 30 C, avoid direct sunlight. Under these conditions, the powder can be stored stably for 12 months. If it meets the requirements, it can still be used.

SAFE AND HEALTHY

All raw materials of powder coating do not contain toxic substances, and will not release toxic gases during baking.
but should avoid inhaling dust during use. Operators should wear dust masks and minimize long-term contact between skin and powder. The paint on the skin can be washed with soap.
