Williamson & Associates - Model ARC -Autonomous Recording Camera
The Autonomous Recording Camera is a powerful and compact battery powered autonomous imaging system. Capture HD video, high-res images in depths to 6000m.
The Solo X Autonomous Recording Camera (ARC) is a full ocean rated, stand-alone, subsea imaging system. The ARC is powered by an internal rechargeable Li-Ion battery and can be programmed for a wide variety of subsea imaging missions. Paired with a Solo X Subsea LED Light (SLL), the ARC can autonomously illuminate and capture HD footage and imagery in ocean depth to 6000 meters.
The ARC is charged and activated through a single subsea connector eliminating the need to open the housing in normal use. Once activated, the ARC performs the programmed sequence until it is de-activated, or the battery is depleted. Wireless programming and data download are accomplished through an intuitive browser-based GUI. In addition to autonomous operation, the ARC can interface with an external system via the RS-232 serial protocol.
