AVE - Model ACB21-PT -Acrylic Vacuum Package Testing Chambers
Applied Vacuum Engineering's acrylic vacuum package testing chambers are designed to assess the integrity of product packaging in various industries. Particularly useful for detecting packaging leaks, these chambers operate under vacuum conditions to simulate transportation and storage scenarios. The ACB range includes models compliant with ASTM D3078-02 and ISO 20484 standards, ensuring reliable results. Each acrylic chamber undergoes annealing to minimize manufacturing stresses, followed by pressure and helium leak tests to ensure robustness. These chambers can identify leaks but cannot measure the leak rate. Custom sizes are available, and full kits may include a vacuum pump and accessories. Models range from ACB16-PT to ACB96-PT, and a cylindrical option, ACC34-PT, is also offered. For further details or quotations, customers can contact the company via phone, email, or the online form.
