The Kiwi Ultravision creates a full 3D representation of your kiwi. It works with a variety of user defined quality sorting parameters allowing each and every product passing the cameras to fit into a category. The Ultravision allows you to optimize batch quality and to add value by satisfying the needs of different markets. The Ultravision can detect:
- On-skin defects: mechanical damage
- Through-skin defects: rot
- Width, length, volume and density measurements
The Kiwi Inscan non-destructively measures the internal quality of your kiwi and provides a perfect product to your customers. The Inscan allows you to:
- Remove the internal browning, or any internal decay from your batch
- Determine the sugar content for optimum sweetness
- Evaluate the maturity and firmness of the kiwi
