ebm-papst - Model AxiCool -Axial Fans for Hygienic Cooling Applications
The AxiCool axial fan series from ebm-papst is designed for cooling and preserving goods under hygienic conditions, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Featuring a high degree of protection up to IP 54, these fans offer splash water resistance and smooth surfaces that prevent dirt accumulation. The fans incorporate a hinge function, facilitating the cleaning of heat exchangers in compliance with HACCP regulations by simply loosening the screws and folding away the fan. The technical specifications include operating voltages of 200-277 V for single-phase and 380-480 V for three-phase, frequencies of 50/60 Hz, and an airflow rate of 3,000–25,000 m³/h. The power consumption ranges from 1 to 3,100 W, and they are applicable for areas up to 300 Pa. Employing EC technology, they offer various control and regulation functions. Components include a protective grille, wall ring, and blades made from PP plastic, a surface-passivated rotor, and an electronics enclosure made from die-cast aluminum.
The AxiCool axial fan series was developed for cooling and keeping goods fresh under hygienic conditions. They are also suitable for other applications.
One advantage is the high degree of protection up to IP 54 (splash water protection). The smooth surfaces prevent dirt from sticking. The hinge function also makes it easier to clean heat exchangers in accordance with HACCP regulations. The screws are loosened and the fan is folded away.
