Axon - Marin Filter
We have a complete concept including filter system, geomembrane, wash pad, septic tank with bypass and pumps. Everything can be purchased separately. Our solution with geomembranes enables you to build a wash-down pad with paved surface while maintaining density.Axon Environmental Marine filter withstand a large pressure washer and the absorbent can purify water from contamination up to 300 washes before it needs replacing. The absorbent is inexpensive and easy to handle.
The filter consists of 2 or 3 parts.
- Pre-filter that acts as a coarse separator and remove sediment, paint flakes,shells, etc.
- Peat filter that takes care of oil, diesel, organic compounds, TBT and Irgarol
- Activated Carbon filter takes care of any residue of TBT, Irgarol and glycol.
Our system is very easy to handle, so simple that service agreement is not needed.
Our filter system provides by far the lowest operating costs.
A complete Axon Marine filter system contains 240 liters absorbent and 150 liters activated carbon for absorption and adsorption of contaminants.
- You only need:
- Install the electrical wires and pipes for the contaminated water, and a return pipe
- for the purified water.
- Prepare a place for the filter
- Connect the pipes to the filter
- Building the wash pad and install the pumping station.
We also have a system for recovering glycol at winter preservation of marine engines. You take care of the glycol mixed water and reuse it at the next canning. No spills or discharges of glycol in the recipient.
