The AXsensor Liquid Level Measurement System is an advanced solution for monitoring liquid levels in tanks, particularly useful in recycling applications. It employs a low-frequency acoustic pulse that consumes minimal energy, powered by a battery lasting between 3 to 10 years. The device's unique design places all electronics outside the tank, minimizing exposure to harsh environments. An acoustic pulse is transmitted through a waveguide to the liquid surface, with measurements precisely calibrated for temperature variations. This sensor supports communication via LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Network) and Sigfox, certified for Sigfox Ready usage. The AXsensor is designed for an operational range of 0 to 3 meters, and it provides reliable measurement with a resolution of 0.1 mm and accuracy within 5 mm under normal conditions. The unit, with compact dimensions of 110 x 80 x 25 mm, is housed in an ABS/PC enclosure with a standard G ¾ inch BSP connection. It is designed to operate efficiently in temperature ranges from -20°C to +50°C.

The liquid level monitor AXsensor uses an acoustic pulse with low frequency and extremely low power consumption. The AXsensor is powered by batteries with a running time of 3-10 years. All electronics are outside the tank and the AXsensor transmits an acoustic pulse, through a measuring tube (waveguide) to the surface of the liquid, which measures the time calibrated for temperature. The AXsensor has a built-in antenna that communicates using the LoRa (LPWAN) and Sigfox network and is certified according to Sigfox Ready.
