B&B Engineered Systems - Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) Systems
All of our regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) systems are custom designed to meet our customer’s specific needs and have been installed in numerous industries such as automotive painting, dip coating, printing, composites, polystyrene and abrasives manufacturing facilities.
Our RTO’s are designed to provide 95% and 97% primary heat recovery with a standard destruction efficiency of 98% (destruction efficiency designs of 99% plus are also available). With virtually NOx free operation, our flameless natural gas injection (NGI) systems provide operating cost savings of up to 40 – 55% compared to burner-fired RTO systems.
The vertical pneumatic poppet valves have the most simplistic and reliable design which eliminates the frustrating and costly maintenance issues of other designs.
Single unit sizes range from 1,000 – 100,000 CFM.
