ZeptoMetrix - Model 810051 -Bacteriophage Lambda, DNA (25 µg)

Each aliquot contains 25 µg of DNA extracted from a partially purified preparation of Bacteriophage Lambda. The DNA was extracted from the phage following the whole blood spin protocol from the QIAamp® DNA Blood Maxi kit. DNA concentration and A260/280 ratios are determined using a NanoDrop ND-1000® . The extracted DNA also tested positive on an inhouse real time PCR assay. The preparation also contains Escherichia coli DNA
